As CEO of AllBiz Web Support, DeAnne brings over 15 years of expertise as a manager, business owner, and personal & business development coach. Having worked with both large and small corporations, De Anne's career began within the airline industry where she held various positions and travelled the world. The exposure to different cultures and various personalities laid the groundwork toward her fascination with personal growth and development. As she continued working within the airline industry, De Anne pursued her interest as a licensed Image Consultant. Her hard work and dedication eventually parlayed into the position of manager for a high profile salon located in trendy downtown Atlanta. It was there that she gained insight to the nuts and bolts of business and the heart of human relations management. This platform brought to light her keen business sense and the innate ability to create systems and environments for sustained growth.

In the years to follow, she not only returned to school to complete her degree; she did so while balancing a full time job and the responsibilities of a new family. Upon graduation, De Anne began representing the medical industry as a product specialist attending to the needs of the senior community. She conducted the health and wellness seminars that she wrote and also hosted events at trade shows and community centers around the state. It was however, after an unavoidable accident that the path of her life would be changed forever. Upon realizing that life offers no guarantees, De Anne took hold of her true passion and has dedicated her life in helping others capture their own power through personal and business development.

As owner of Alliance Business Support Services, De Anne has successfully coached small business owners toward smoother operations with an increased bottom line. As VP of Wealth, Success and Women she continues to encourage women all over the world to create the company of their dreams through the power of association and the exchange of ideas.

Nikki Hayes

Nikki Cates Hayes is the self motivated and empowering owner of Manage UR Life. She is a wife and mother of four beautiful and talented daughters who established and operates her own business residing in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Nikki has over ten years of experience as an administrative professional and lends that support as a virtual assistant. Her professional demeanor and loyal drive to achieve has led her to work with some great women of business and ministry alike. Her greatest passion is to see women empowered to think and act innovatively while passionately balancing and succeeding at family and business. In a vision to combine her administrative skills and her passion to help women walk through life and business with an unlimited amount of strength, wealth, and success, Nikki created the Manage UR Life business model which includes Another U Virtual Assistance & Lifestyle Management, Manage UR Life empowerment resources and consultation, Manage UR Calls (the ProxyComm distribution division), and an upcoming nonprofit division that will cater to young women and young mothers.

This extraordinary woman has spent numerous years in a military environment and has developed a love for the diversity of what and all the world has to offer. She has been the personal assistant to female nonprofit CEO's and business owning mothers for the past five years. She believes in the power of choice in the lives of women to take control of their lives through proper management and relationship building.
